Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Access to Purchased Content

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to purchased content. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have not accessed the content
  • There is a technical issue preventing access that we cannot resolve

5. Intellectual Property

  • Share your own artwork created using our tutorials on social media

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Create derivative works from our video tutorials

6. User Conduct

  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Gallery Submissions

By uploading artwork to our gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your artwork on our website and social media channels. You retain ownership of your artwork and may request its removal at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art with Lynne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
